Option 1
Use a flexible tape measure. With your palm open and facing up, wrap the tape measure around your wrist. Note down your wrist measurement.
Option 2
Use a string. With your palm open and facing up, wrap the string around your wrist. Mark the point where the ends meet with a pen. Then, lay the string flat and measure to the mark to determine your wrist size. Write down the measurement.
